Delete my data

You do not have an account
Residents use Clean-Track without signing up, so there is no account to close. Only two kinds of information are held about you, and they are handled differently.
1. Your saved location and truck alerts — delete it yourself
If you switched on truck alerts, we store the address your phone uses for notifications and the home position you picked. You can delete both right now, from this device.
This deletes what is saved for the phone or browser you are reading this on. If you set up alerts on another device, open this page there too.
This button does not cover complaint alerts. If you asked to be notified about a specific complaint, that is stored separately and is not removed here. There is no self-service way to remove it yet — email us using the address below and we will do it.
2. A complaint you filed — ask us
A complaint holds your name, your phone number, your description, any photograph and the location of the problem. It is a municipal service record: it is how IMC shows the work was requested and done, so it is not deleted automatically and cannot be deleted from inside the app.
To ask for a complaint record to be corrected or removed, email chockidorji@gmail.com with your complaint reference number and the phone number you filed with. We use those two to confirm the request is really yours.
We will reply with what we can do. Where a record must be retained under the corporation’s rules, we will tell you that plainly and explain why.
What gets deleted, and when
- Saved home position and truck alerts: deleted immediately, by you, using the button above.
- Complaint alerts: on request by email — there is no self-service button for these yet.
- Complaint records: reviewed on request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
- Municipal staff accounts: managed by the IMC administrator, not through this page.
