Clean-Track

Terms of Use

About this service

Clean-Track is provided free by the Itanagar Municipal Corporation (“IMC”) to residents of Itanagar. By using the app or the website you agree to these terms.

What the app shows you

The truck positions, arrival estimates and collection timetables are provided for guidance. They come from live GPS and can be delayed, interrupted or wrong — a phone can lose signal, a vehicle can break down and a route can change.

Please do not rely on an arrival estimate as a promise. It is our best guess from the truck’s recent movement, not a guaranteed time.

Filing a complaint

When you report a problem you agree that:

  • The information you give is true, and the phone number is one you can be reached on.
  • Any photograph you upload is yours to share and does not show a person who has not agreed to it.
  • You will not file false, abusive or repeated nuisance reports. Doing so wastes the sanitation team's time and may be refused.
  • IMC decides how a complaint is handled and closed, in line with its own service rules.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or clearly unrelated to waste management.

Using the service properly

  • Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use automated tools to copy data from it in bulk.
  • Do not use staff screens or a staff login you were not issued.
  • Do not use the live vehicle map to follow, harass or interfere with a driver or worker.

Staff accounts

Accounts for drivers, workers and administrators are issued by IMC and are personal. Keep your PIN or password to yourself, and tell IMC at once if you think somebody else has it. IMC may suspend an account at any time.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. It is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranty. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Your information

How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Arunachal Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
